Our BRAND NEW Bee-Keeper experience at White Post Farm. Come along to this 45-minute experience for up to 2 people and get up-close-and-personal with our beautiful honeybees. Learn all about the bees, their hive and their hard work for conservation from our expert beekeeper and get the chance to taste some WPF honey at the end of your experience. 

Spend time with our lead beekeeper and ask them any questions! A great opportunity to learn more about the importance of bees and how we can help them thrive, whilst getting involved with the hive!

You need to be aged 14+ to take part.

Health & Safety disclaimer: Bee stings may occur and there is Blow torch use. 

"There’s no need to feel nervous. Bees can string but that is not what they want to do. They die when they sting.  Our bees are known to be well behaved and have a good temperament. 

We wrap you up in a suit and gloves which keeps you well protected.

If you’re feeling nervous, please remember that your enjoyment and safety is our priority. Most customers don’t even think about getting stung once they are suited up and surrounded by our girls."

Make enrichment to keep our cheeky meerkats entertained.  Feed our boys wiggly worms and creepy crawlies, they may even sit on your knee! (Weather permitting - alternative experience or reshedule can be offered on the day)

Meet our mob of wallabies and have a go at hand feeding them.  Go out on to the farm to cut down browse to give to the wallabies as an extra treat. (Weather permitting - alternative experience or reshedule can be offered on the day)

Come and meet our scaley farm friends.  Hold and stroke snakes, lizards and tortoises.  Prepare their food and maybe even give them a bath.

Meet our different goat breeds for a cuddle, but prewarning - they may climb on you and you may even get nibbled!

Take our ponies Holly and Charlie on a lovely walk around the farm with one of our farmers, have a go at grooming and pony foot care.

Have a hold and a cuddle with some of our cuter animals on the farm including: rabbits and guinea pigs.  Make enrichment or prepare the animals some yummy veggies.

Meet our adult six banded armadillo Ahmed, full of character! Prepare his food, treats and give him tummy tickles. There's a chance you might even see the baby!

Jump on the trailer and be pulled up to the field by one of our farmers driving the tractor.  Get up close and personal with all our cows and feed them some yummy veg. (Weather permitting - alternative experience or reshedule can be offered on the day)

Meet our friendly alpacas, take them for a stroll around the farm and give them a tasty treat.

An amazing opportunity to meet and handle some of our beautiful birds of prey.  Learn about falconry from one of our farms' knowledgeable falconers.
