How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. Take this e-ticket with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email if you do not have a smartphone.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this e-ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a smartphone, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply bring the e-ticket with your or make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

How long will I be in the Farm?

The Farm is a full day activity. Lots to do from 10 till 5.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive during your allocated time slot on your ticket.  The farm has interactive activities throughout the day. Activities will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals.  

Is Car Parking available?

Yes. Our car park is free of charge.

Can I make group bookings?

Yes. Schools and groups should visit our website or give us a call to make sure you get the best deal.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes.

Can I purchase a ticket on the day?

You can buy tickets online with allocated time slots prior to your arrival subject to availability.  Tickets are not currently available to purchase at the Entrance Gate.

Do you have restrooms available?

Yes.
